JESSIE WOULD DO BEST IN A QUIET HOME WITH ONE OR TWO ADULTS SHE IS CRATE TRAINED AND IS DOING GOOD WITH POTTY TRAINING SHE WANTS A FOREVER HOME SO BAD VERY SWEET GIRL . THANKS JUDY V. FOSTER MOM 12-18 While Jessie waits patiently for her fur-ever home, she will be the Mascot of Southern Breeze Boston Terrier Rescue & Farm. She has really GREAT days, other days loud noises & sudden movements terrify her. She will need a home with lots of time & patience. 03-19-08 Jessie is scheduled for a dental & removal of mammary tumors that were missed during her spay. Jessie has a "Fairy DogMother" who is sponsoring this surgery. 03-21- A dental was done, tumor removed, encapsulated, not malignant. 04-24 Jessie continues to be cranky, getting a bit worse. She's cranky with all the dogs, even with the bottle baby lambs. Moses was sound asleep, wrong place, wrong time, she barked, snapped, scared him nearly to death! He was so scared he cried like a baby! Jessie still has really good days, other days she is a downright grumpy vamp. She now requires close supervision. Jessie's mental instability is the end result of a puppymill breeder that did not meet the emotional & physical needs of a fur-kid. 08-17 JESSIE- SHE IS THE SAME SCARED OF THINGS SOMETIMES AND VERY LOVING AT TIMES BUT WE COPE ON A DAY TO DAY WITH HER SOME OF THE RETIRED KENNEL DOGS JUST HAVE A HARD TIME WITH LIFE OUTSIDE HAVING PUPPIE AND EATING THE METAL ABILITY JUST CANT HANDLE THIS FREEDOM COMPLETLY . Jessie is come along way . She is still afraid when you wake her from a sound sleep . You need to move slow with her . She loves to be loved on and has started to play with other dogs at times. 05-11-09-Jessie has been with me for almost 2 years now she has come along way but with lots of old kennel breeder dogs mostly the female's they were used up thrown away like trash . They may never be 100% normal but what realy is normal for Jessie its a good day if she gets to eat what she wants sleep when she wants and when she wants some love gets that she still needs to hear your voice before you touch her when she is sleep but all in all I think Jessies life is better and she is happy she even play's sometimes with other dogs . 08-04- Jessie what a sweet old girl. She has come along way some things she can't get over we still wake her up with our voice before we touch her . She loves a lot of attention. all the furkids have been outside alot this year during the day Makes them sleep better at night she even keeps her crate clean at night now . I am so proud of all she has been able to get over just can't ask for a sweeter girl. The adoption fee ranges from $100 to $300. The fee is based upon veterinary care, age & size of dog. The higher adoption fee on the younger small dogs helps care for the older dogs that take longer to find fur-ever homes. Senior citizens and disabled receive a discount. We also offer a discount to those in uniform keeping us safe. Land of the free because of the brave. Our adoption process begins with the e-mail or phone call to us. Please be prepared to furnish your complete name, address, telephone number, your veterinarian contact information & at least two personal references. We will then call you to ask a series of questions.
