03-07-09 Trampas is about 2 years old, black & white, was raised with children & other pets. He does have allergies. He came with a detailed list of his likes & dislikes. He is said to be house broken, yet may have an accident during the night. You may copy/paste the link below into your browser to learn more about this breed: http://dogbreedinfo.com/bostonterrier.htm We have placed this fur-kid in foster care with Judy V. The foster updates on his/her likes & dislikes will help you know if this fur-kid is suitable for your home. The foster has a very important job, evaluating, loving, letting go to make room for another fur-kid at risk. 03-07 Trampas has been scheduled for his neuter, Rabies, anything else needed. Doc will review the records when his vet work is done, give us guidance on the allergy protocol. 03-08-Trampas was a bit stressed about meeting all these furkids here .But is doing better today he seems a very submissive boy . He is not fond of his food yet but hope he starts eating better soon .He goes in for vet work on Monday 03-09 .. This is a very good loving boy .Gets along well with other dogs. 03-10 Trampas has been neutered, fully vaccinated. A skin scrape was negative. He was given an injection to help with his allergies. He will be on a special diet to see if the diet will help so future injections may be avoided. 03-26-Trampas has been a little sick last week he got a intestinal infection we think it may be stress related is on meds and this week is doing much better .My vet is working close with us on him he is feeling better and hope to get weight back on him that he has lost from not feeling well. 04-11- Trampas is doing much better was a very sick boy for a while with stress now he is getting used to things and doing better he lost a bit of weight and he wants to eat only if I hand feed him I think he just likes being a bit of a baby but thats ok thats what I do . He loves sleeping with you and is just the most loving boy . He is the most laid back Boston for his age I have ever met . 05-12- Trampas has adjusted to rescue life he had a bit of stress at first but is a happy, playful very loving boy .He would make a great furkid loves everyone gets along well with the other dogs comes when called you will have to watch some fences as he does jump them so will need to leash walk. He loves to cuddle in bed so he is hoping for a home of his own soon . 06-03- Trampas is a good boy will need a home dedicated to his needs as he continues to have skin problems. He went in to vet last week for a 2nd shot and meds he gets very red around eyes, muzzle and tummy. He gets antihistamines every day and it seems to help. He has also started jumping every fence we have. He just clears it so a 4' fenced yard wont keep him in. He would be a great apartment dog as he does not bark much. He does have good recall, will come back once he has cleared the fence. Turn your back on him, he is a deer, up and over. Call him, he races back, "Did ya see me jump?" He likes his crate he will need lots of walks so he needs a home with lots of time for his treatments and walks. He gets along great with other dogs and is eating much better so his body weight is much better now. He is not a big eater so still have to sometimes hand feed him. Trampas is such a good boy. He needs a dedicated leash walker that can give him plenty of long walks, lots of play time. A 6' high privacy fence would be lovely. Yet, he should not be left outside alone. He loves attention. 08-04- Trampas what a fine boy he is .We are on top on his allergys at this time .He is on a new antihistmine called lLoratadine it does not make him drowsy like some do and does a better job. He will not stay in a fence but has a great recall loves to help with farm chores as he feels he makes a great farm dog. he leaves the livestock alone ,well sometimes he makes the geese run thinks its fun to see them flap their wings .But he never grabs them it sure looks fun but as soon as I call him off he comes back to me . He also has made great friends with my Boston girl Paddyamay she plays very hard loves boy dogs and can out play most of them .But may have met her match it took him sometime to develop dog friends as he love people so much . This is a great boy you just need to make sure you can keep him safe as he cant be let out alone .He will jump, climb whatever he has to do to gets out of fences . 09-21-Trampas is still having a bit of problems with allergies. it's just a part of his life .But he does look so much better at this time .Took him with me to a dog park first time for him we met with 12 other Boston Terriers had a great time took 3 other BT's Tramp was a bit clingy at first was not sure what was going on but warmed up .Had to be very careful with him as he will go over a fence was not off leash .He warmed up to everyone had a good time .Took him and the other BT's out for popcorn chicken he rides in the car great just the best boy ever -------------------------------- The adoption fee ranges from $75 to $325.
