Description
These long, long legs make Laddie tower over most dogs, but he's very slender. Laddie is very active and outgoing. He has one hip with dysplasia. The other rear leg is just a bit shorter due to a birth defect that also affects the hip joint. The specialist feels it is best to leave Laddie as he is, as there is great risk of doing more damage than good with the surgical treatment option. He will need joint supplements for life. Please don't count this young boy out - to see him fly across his field all day, you'd never know he was 'defective' - he surely does not! All dogs are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and are regularly wormed. Shelter Care Pet Insurance offer 1st month only $1 with each adoption.
